“Always great sandwiches! But tonight was not their best night. No greeting when I arrived (I was the only customer). Seemed like an inconvenience to wait on me. Meat was skimpy on sandwich and my wife's salad. Not fully cut up. Very slow preparing the food, long wait. Decent, but not great.“

“I have always loved their food but after last night, I had to leave a review. My sister & I dined in a couple hours before closing. The girl working the counter greeted us, let us take our time, made suggestions, & was super friendly. The girl who brought our food out was also super friendly, asked if we needed anything else, etc. Then towards the end of our meal, another young girl was mopping but stopped by our booth to offer to refill our drinks, etc. All 3 young ladies were diligent & displayed strong work ethic that shouldn't go unnoticed!“

“I and writing my review to express thanks to one specific employee Stevie. When I was in the shop there were several "we are hiring" signs posted. And it was obvious that they where a little short staffed. In addition Stevie was wearing a wrist brace which I'm sure didn't help. In spite of this the service I received was great! While I was there Stevie identified that two sandwiches where within the other employees abilities to make. Then switching positions, Stevie finishes up orders, managed the bottleneck at the register, and checked in with their coworker's progress, all while giving service with a smile. Good job Stevie!“

“This is the BEST Subway in Paducah! I love coming to this location because Debbie is always smiling, professional & has such great customer service; she makes me feel like I'm at home. The store is always clean & orderly. The fireplace & tv make a fantastic addition...makes me feel like family! The sandwiches are superb!“

“I never frequent this Subway location. Based upon this experience, I most certainly shall in the future! Taylor and Jason were not only very accommodating, but pleasent to speak with as well. This locations interior is nicely up to date while being clean as well. It would be remiss of me not to mention how great the sandwiches were! Again, great customer experience!“
