“My wife and I love Culver's! We have been to many Culver's locations throughout this country. Their food and products are delicious and extraordinary. We either dine in or sit outside and this restaurants chains atmosphere is well lit, kept up, comfortable and enjoyable. The entire staff at each location is very nice, cordial, helpful and well versed.“

“The food was awesome, but the service even better. We had never been to a Slim Chickens before but are getting one in our town (opening Monday in London, KY). We were in Somerset and decided to give it a try to see if we should be happy to be getting one or nah. We went into the restaurant as you do all new places; a bit confused as to what is offered, what you should order, even the flavors of things. To my delight, the young lady behind the counter (named Jessi S. ) immediately made us feel comfortable- not rushed at all- while admittedly my husband and I were taking a bit. In fact, she very happily explained the menu, the flavors of the sauces, the different options and even her personal thoughts about the food (basically ALL of it was amazing she said with complete sincerity that was seen in her face, but she shared a few personal favorites as well). We thoroughly enjoyed each bite of our tenders and wings, and might I add that your ranch is ah-mazing! I believe I could nearly wash everything down with it! Back to the service, I made eye contact near the end of our meal with Jessi and she asked what we thought, once again expressing true interest our opinions. I don't know about the rest of your staff, as this was our first visit and we only interacted with Jessi, but she is a Jewel! very good for your business. Wow. We left both feeling very pleasantly surprised and thoroughly convinced that we will be loyal customers of the Slim Chickens we are receiving here in London, after just one visit at your Somerset store.“

“The restaurant and the food has always been good, but today we had a bad experience with the waitress. We were just asking her a question and she got very rude with us over the menu, I said she should of let us know and she really got rude then, the thing about it is we have always liked the place and have always been polite to her other times we have been there, now It kind of makes me not want to go back, but i guess it really don't matter if we do or not.“

“Come out to bingo and support your local charities. Monday and Tuesday nights are to benefit HAPI, Hope for All Pets, Inc., a phenomenal rescue organization. They have spay/neuter clinics several times a month and you won't find a better price anywhere. You can find them on Facebook. Please have your pets spayed or neutered!“

“Nice establishment, drinks are well priced, the food is good, and all bar equipment and kitchen equipment looked well kept and clean. Order a drink called "Trash Can" and they were good but the mixing consistency was different with each one. The music is a little too loud and they need more pool tables and some dart boards maybe. The only other problem I noticed was the DJ would cut and fade into another song halfway through which is annoying to me, but he played good songs.

Kid-friendliness: The bowling alley attached is great for kids with quite a few arcade games.

Parking: If the bar and bowling alley attached were both very busy parking would be unavailable.

Wheelchair accessibility: Both facilities have Wheelchair accessible parking and entrances however I am not sure about the bathrooms though“

“I have enjoyed Popeyes chicken for over 20 years. Recently, for the first time, I purchased the chicken tenders, I am embarrassed for you and your staff. The chicken tenders that I had were made of very thin slices of chicken. There was more breading than chicken. I will not order them again.“

“The food here is always good but nothing really stands out. I've tried just about everything on the menu and my favorite main course is either the Texas slammer hamburger or the country fried steak. The service is a hit or a miss just because it's so busy and chaotic in the atmosphere is what you would expect from a steakhouse chain“

He was clean, professional, and intuitive with our service. All the while he was waiting other tables and helping out the other servers. This guy sets the bar for customer service professionals.
