“We booked the upstairs party room for our family Christmas party. Everything was perfect, hall was decorated and festive! They handled everything. The kitchen manager, Chuck Wilson was amazing! We worked out the menu together and he out did himself. Quality and quantity was outstanding. This guy deserves a raise! All staff members were friendly and helpful. It was a perfect night! “We've lived near ATP for nearly 12 years and up until a few years ago when owners changed we never went. But now we have been several times that past few years and the place is so much better. It still has that dive bar, hometown bar feeling but the food has been great, they seem to have great activities going on, and the staff has been awesome.“

“O'Bryons is the epitome neighborhood bar and restaurant in Newport. Service is courteous, friendly and timely. The bartender is very helpful and knowledgeable of the menu and drinks. Food is above average while being prepared well and fresh. The chicken wrap and chicken wings were tasty. Prices are reasonable for the area. Parking is a bit of a challenge with it all being street parking. Overall a good experience and worth trying out.“

“My favorite new neighborhood bar! Very reasonably priced beer and mixed drinks. Warm cozy feel and a spacious outdoor patio. Karaoke on Sunday and Wednesday nights. Plenty of parking. They have some appetizers that are very good for a small bites menu. Mitch, Elizabeth and April are all great friendly bartenders always up for conversation. They have a ample televisions and will honor your request to put on whatever games are happening currently. Stop in! From the decor you’ll note that Reds fans are more than welcome.If the flyers on the walls (and in the ladies restroom) are accurate, looks like they have live music every evening of the week (!) Note: I came in the daytime, so wasn’t able to benefit from that- maybe next time.Service was friendly.My overall take: Worth checking out. The night I was there was a mix of regulars and folks there to support Kurt and everyone was friendly, just looking to have a good time. Service was good even though the bartender was new. I've heard that the bluegrass jam every other Thursday is cool, so I hope to check that out soon.“

“Kendall, our server was wonderful! Answered all of our questions and spot on for delivery of our food. My problem was our seating. Our reservation was for 5 pm, we arrived 15 minutes early and were promptly seated just outside an empty private room that they seated 6 people who became very loud! And then seated another group of 4 on our opposite side. I'm checking out this mostly empty restaurant scratching my head and wondering why.“

“I don’t often give 5 stars but this place does deserve it. The atmosphere is quite unique with custom chairs and booths. I had the Tuesday special which was $2 tacos - chicken, steak, pork and el pastor-so good. Unfortunately there was not a fish taco but what they did have was excellent. My husband had fajitas-so much food came sizzling to the table. Really a place not to be missed when in the area.“

I wouldnt mess with the bartenders cause they can handle their own business but don't think they don't have a plethora of regulars that will have their back, cause they're just that good and hospitable to their customers. Walk in and you feel like a regular. “My first time there and was treated like I was a regular patron. The bartender even cut herself preparing my shot of gin and turned it into a humorous accident and we laughed about it. Other patrons were friendly and very welcoming. I definitely will return and may become my new favorite spot.“

“Stopped in here on Sunday for the first time with my wife. The bar was full and there were numerous customers at tables. There was only one employee bartending and serving also. Tommy provided super fast service. He was working his butt off and even made the time to ensure we were satisfied. This is how service should be! Food was great too and runner was also working hard. “I went to lunch with a large family group. There was plenty of space for all of us and it was quiet enough that we could all talk and hear the conversation. I wasn't very hungry so I just got the loaded fries appetizer. The toppings were good but the fries themselves were a bit over cooked and chewy. I did get to try a bite of the fish though and that was really tasty. If I'm ever on that side of town again I would absolutely order the fish and chips.“

“During a road trip we made the last minute decision to stop in Cincinnati for the night. Arrived around midnight and headed here as it was one of the only places open at the time. The bartender was super cool. He made us great drinks and awesome recommendations on grabbing a bite to eat late night. The vibes here were lively, everyone seemed to be having a good time with smiles on their faces. We only grabbed a drink, conversed with the bartender and headed out.“
