The coolest thing about this location is the music they bring in some great musicians. It's a small venue which sometimes makes it hard to watch the musicians but you can hear fine from anywhere in the bar. We visit the location frequently.“

“This is kind of a dive bourbon bar but definitely worth stopping in. Taylor the bartender was absolutely fantastic. They climbed a ladder to get a bottle that we wanted a pour of. We got a flight and the store pick of Russell’s was out of this world but unfortunately not for sale. The restroom was clean. Our only complaint was the bar and the menus were really sticky. Like so sticky that we washed our hands in the fountain outside when we left. However, definitely worth a visit if you’re a bourbon drinker because they have over 500 bottles.“

“A dive bar type of place with a cozy basic atmosphere. Drinks are cheap for a downtown bar in Covington KY. Service is attentive and friendly. Food is not served but several restaurants are nearby or one can bring food into the bar. Happy hour is unparalleled for it seems to cover all types of drinks. This is not the usual for places that have happy hour. Seating is ample plus space exists to stand.“

“Our experience was just incredible. My family came here for a pre birthday dinner for myself. Our waiter Dylan was fantastic - very down to earth, kind and funny. He was running every which way but he also maintained a great attitude. I believe he just may be the best server I’ve had at a restaurant! Our food/drinks were so tasty. My husbands food was running a bit behind ours due some malfunction in the kitchen with the stoves/ovens, so the manager Devin came over and let us know that my husbands meal would be comped AND we would get a free dessert. We truly were not expecting anything like that. I overheard Devin at another table complimenting his entire staff by saying he has the best in the world. It truly shows. Even if we did not get anything for free, it was still a great experience that deserved a great review. Thank you to both Dylan and Devin for going over and beyond for your customers!“

I honestly wish we'd had time to visit the other location, too. Pictures don't don't paint an adequate picture, but we snapped a few when we weren't running around giggling and yelling, "Come look at this" to each other. 😂 So much cool food but so much crazy STUFF! If you haven't been, this is a legit grocery store and the prices are pretty competitive. But this isn't somewhere you go for a quick shopping trip, especially with kids.“

“A good friend of mine owns this bar. Good cold beer. Fun games. Stairs to the sub level and to the bathroom. Enough to test your drunk behavior. They use Square for credit cards. Bar nuts offered. I'm sure you can get food delivery just ask. I always have fun drinking here when I visit.“

And Donna sets the tone with the karaoke and I have always had a great time! This story tells it all. They don’t serve food or make mixed drinks, but you can bring your own food or get delivery, which is convenient. Bartender was alright — not overly friendly, but did the job. “When I come home to visit and we go to moms, we sometimes explore the local areas together. I had a fun night here with my family and the service was excellent. We love getting to play pool and my favorite is the bowling. They seem reasonably priced on the drinks and it can get a bit crowded. We love that they have smoking outside. This bar isn't too far from the levey and the hotels nearby for anyone coming into town for a game or concert.“
