“Been going here the last 12 years of my 20 of existing, I’ll be honest when I say this place hasn’t been perfect, I’ve seen its ups and downs through the years but always remained a customer. I’m writing this review now to say GO TO ICHIBAN, this place has really stepped its game up beyond a 3.6 star review. The food is always good (be considerate of what time you go, it’s a buffet, normal meal times it’s always sooooo good!!), the owner is so kind and friendly and she provides a great service!! It’s a buffet but she still runs around to ask customers what’s missing and if it’s not out there she will make it to order! And for the amount of food you get, in this economy, you cannot beat the price. Ichiban really has became one of my weekly go toes in the Alexandria - cold spring area. Thank you Ichiban <3!“

“The ramen never disappoints, and you can customize to your preference with a variety of add-ins. The appies and rice bowls are also delicious. Oh, and their chasu (pork) is life-altering. Highly recommended!“

“I absolutely love Fuji! The staff is always super welcoming and they try their best to accommodate everybody. Sometimes eating at hibachi can be different, whether it's the people in your table set or the chef you get, but I can say for many years, the food is always cooked perfectly & the staff is always loving 🙂“

“We are on vacation and decided to try this place out. I would recommend 10/10. The chef was amazing. My grandkids have never been to a Hibachi place. The chef interacted with the kids as much if not more than the adults. Good was fantastic! Waitress was a little slow but the place was really busy. I will definitely visit if I am ever here again!“

“Chicken & Shrimp Teriyaki was excellent! We get it to go and are never disappointed. I hope this eatery moves to a store front if Eastgate Mall phases out their food court. We hear big changes are coming to the mall, so we are hoping the food court stays in place. Love this food and YES, you get a lot for the price. Try it! You will be surprised“

“Best sushi within a driving radius! Ive tried sooo many things from here and everything had been phenomenal! I didnt think so many menu items could taste as good as everything has. This restaurants food is seriously mind blowing. The added bonus....all the staff are super friendly and easy to get along with. Down to earth atmosphere and a comfortable setting.“
