I had an absolutely incredible experience thanks to Hanna! She is so kind and helpful and went out of her way to provide the best service possible! So glad such a talented individual was able to help me create the perfect cookie cake for my best friend!
We have used Great American Cookie for special occasions for several years. Unfortunately, today our order was taken and prepared incorrectly. Of course I wasn’t happy and down to the wire with time. I just wanted to take a minute to say thank you to the store manager who was quick to make everything right and find a quick solution.
Their cookies and cookie cakes are pretty good but for a 16 inch cookie cake it is $36.99 so they are pretty expensive but other than that they are pretty good I don’t understand why they are so expensive if you’ve never tried it give it a try. They are good.
