My daughter and I went to kroger this Thursday, March 31st around 4:30-5. We used self check-out as we always do but this time it was special. The gentleman working the self check-out(white, mid 40's, tan, tall) made our entire day! My daughter does not enjoy grocery shopping but he made it a memory for her! He was extremely kind. If your position is customer service you should most definitely have a customer service personality. Evidently Kroger's in Russell doesn't feel the same...�� First of all I stood there 10 minutes while everyone pass by and walked around me....then when she did come to the counter did not even say hi .... sorry....or anything....acted like I completely put her out because I wanted to pay my Bills!!!
