Pulled into a parking spot to order, first time we had ate at this sonic since it’s been in Ashland, it’s 11/12/2023, so it’s pretty well established now. Placed our order, and waited about 30 minutes before it finally came out, we actually got out to go see what was going on when the woman was suddenly coming out. Piss poor attitude! I have nothing bad to say. Been there a handful of times and not one bad experience. The food has always been good, the workers are nice and you get your food in a great timely manner.

You can't fault the employees for lack of poor management and staffing, the two gentlemen we had tonight were swamped, we waited almost an hour, and we were more patient than a lot of the others who were screaming at them, they were doing all they could with what they had, and that's not much.
