“Went to Sol Aztecs in Auburn KY with friends who are locals. My wife had the molecajete with steak and chicken. I had a beef chimichanga. Both were outstanding. The carne asada in the molecajete was strip steak and very tasty. The chimi was well fried and not at all greasy. The quacamole was chunky, my favorite. We didn't have desserts at the restaurant because one of our new friends is Christina of Christina's Place, a chocolate shop in Auburn. Yummmm. See review.“
