Terrible cashier with EarPods in her ear got my order wrong and then yelled at me and said I was wrong in front of other customers. When I put her in check and said no you didn’t hear me because of the earbuds she started screaming get out and threw my fish across counter. And threatened to call the police lmao. Just bought a family meal and waited 15 mins out back for our food. Watched the employees take the wrong food to two different vehicles while waiting. 10 minutes in to our wait another vehicle comes through the drive through and the the employee walks straight to the vehicle and gives them our food. Then walks back to my vehicle and asked me what I had for the 3rd time. The employee tells me he gave our food to the other vehicle and that I could pull to the window if I wanted...read full review
I once loved Long John's, BUT!!!! At LJS in barbourville KY, just tonight, I ordered 1 meal each for me and my wife. A total of 2 meals, of which I only received one! I was handed a bag that had 2 cardboard containers and went on my merry way. little did I know, that between the two bags, I had only received one meal split in half.
