“There was a new girl there tonight that visited working her way through school. She was nervous because she usually isn't at the counter, but she did awesome. She was courteous. I have worked in the food industry and everyone new had to start somewhere. This allows me to respond with empathy and understanding. Allowing actual human interaction, not something AI. When something was missing for the order, she stepped up, let us know what was going on and when it was done, she brought it to us. She deserves recognition, but I don't know her name. On a regular, I deal with burnt out managers that just won't deal with the public. This girl was new and took care of the problems. She will take care of whatever position she is involved in. I believe she said she was working toward a career in Forensics. Keep being awesome! She will help customers return again, because she was a really person.“
