Stopped by this adorable cafe on our way out of Bardstown for a coffee and breakfast.
First of all, the service we received was exceptional. They were so kind and cheerful. Second, it was the best vanilla cappuccino I have EVER had. The sausage egg and cheese and bacon egg and cheese sandwiches were also delicious.
Make sure you stop by. You won’t be disappointed.

Lem's Cafe is a great little local cafe and a must visit for anyone. The service is exceptional, welcoming, and kind, with a smile given to anyone who walks through the door. The atmosphere is small but homie, with a nice small town coffee shop vibe and a cute and cozy shop setup. The food is great, and the vanilla cappuccino is the best ever. The sausage egg and cheese and bacon egg and cheese sandwiches are delicious, and the vanilla chai latte and biscuit are delicious too. Espresso is available even though it's not on the menu, and the smoothie is loved. The owner is fabulous, and the history of how Lem's came to be is worth asking about. Now that the layout has changed, Lem's is definitely somewhere you want to go for a sip and sit. Support local.
