“Props to the McD’s worker who handled my attitude like a certified saint in a drive thru war zone. I waited ~30 minutes for curbside before I gave up and went inside like, “what is happening in here?” I walk in and this guy’s holding a tray of food and cash and asks how I got in. I considered saying “I’m a ninja, Dont worry about how I got in”, but instead admitted I just walked in. He asks my name, tries to hand me my order, and I—running purely on hunger and spite—decide I will not be mean… just petty. So I make him walk it out with me like originally planned. 😤 Halfway there I realize this place is chaos, they’re slammed, short-staffed, and this man is still being nicer than I deserve. I ended up losing the attitude because he was way too wholesome for my nonsense. He even refunded me (& had intended to do so before I ever even came in). Honestly? Impressive performance. Not many people can de-escalate a hangry female mcgoblin in the wild, but this guy did it with grace. Give him a raise. 👏“
