“I moved to Kentucky about 2 years ago from a big city in Florida. There were so many places in Florida I had grown to love and miss. MadCity is the first restaurant in Madisonville I can say I “love”! The food was amazing: simple ingredients but definitely made with care and crafted intentionally. The vibe is rustic, clean, and inviting. Try the Chicken Basil Panini!“

“While I appreciate our incorrect order being fixed, the rudeness didn’t need to be included when I was still missing 1/2 my order & came back for a second time. Once we did get everything we ordered the food was great, but the customer service portion for some of the staff highly needs to be evaluated.“

“I am 100% a shop local, shop small first kind of girl; however, today Starbucks had to come to the rescue for me. The crew that was working (Max, Rhea, and Lindsey) were so incredibly joyful and so sweet. We talked about a lot of the different new menu items and they made the best recommendation, the Iced Ube Coconut Macchiato. This is absolutely not what I would order, but man it was absolutely fabulous. 10/10 would go back just for how great the staff was. Also, if you need a food recommendation, try the Jalapeno Chicken Pocket.

“Reliability fair-to-good-tasting fast food, but prices are still too high for the quality received. Service has improved, and table delivery is fairly standard these days - a plus. They seem to have improved the reliability of their soft-serve Ice cream machines too.“

“I pulled up to the left side order drive thru. I was asked to wait. A car pulls in the right side and gets their order taken. I always order a quarter pound HAMBURGER, no cheese, no onion. On the screen is a CHEESEBURGER. I get to the window and wait & wait.. I go to pull to the 2nd window when the window opens. I get asked if I ordered the CHEESEBURGER..no, hamburger, no cheese, no onions. I pay for my meal get to the 2nd window and im asked to wait in the pull off. UGGH.. its a hamburger guys..you're McDonalds.. At least the delivery girl asked me to check my hamburger before pulling off....Do Better..“
