“This Taco Bell is right off the interstate which is why we stopped. However, we drove past it at first because it's sort of hidden. Very clean, fast, and friendly.”

“So, I came here on a Sunday morning. And the guys behind the counter are just the kind that would make me come back to this Subway. The guy gave me a loaf just out of the oven, cared about my sandwich and how it was made and I had a good conversation with him. Wouldn't it be great if such an experience was a little more common? “From external appearances, this Subway doesn't look like much and we even contemplated not stopping here as we traveled. But we were impressed with the service and quality of food that we received. The staff were especially kind and patient to my small children as they ordered for themselves.”

“This was my first time at Sonic. The ordering system wasn’t the best because the staff couldn’t really hear us and vice versa. The staff also didn’t repeat our order back to us, which resulted in them messing it up.

I would’ve left fewer stars if not for the way the manager really made things right for us. They quickly corrected the order, and even gave us a couple of coupons to make up for the mistake. Now that is exemplary customer service! I don’t know the name of the manager or I’d give them a personal shout out for doing a great job!
