“Amongst the endless challenges that living as a disabled invalid for the past year has posed, getting solid nutrition has been *major* - and I'm so grateful to the Facebook friend who took it upon herself to treat me to The 30 Bird delivery last month! Since she handled everything including the menu selection, I don't know anything about the pricing or what other items are available but I can tell you that everything I tasted was fresh, delicious - and vegetarian (if not vegan). Though I'm not a huge fan of kale, the sweet and tangy kale salad with feta was outstanding. I also enjoyed the vegan chickpea salad with grapes and walnuts which was reminiscent of the chicken salad with grapes that's so popular these days ... Because I get full after a few bites of food, I tried the 3rd dish, a high protein plant-based Buddha bowl, the next day ... Though it was a tad bland for my "Carolina Reaper palate," adding some of my Jamaican Scotch Bonnet pepper sauce & a lil vinegar amped it up to 5 stars. 🔥 Since it was gonna take me at least another day just to finish the salads and ole Buddha, I froze the mixed fruit and brownies for future enjoyment ... And again, though I never saw a menu, based upon everything I tried, I most def recommend The 30 Bird -- especially if you're looking to eat more healthfully or are vegetarian or vegan. 🥰“
