Never "hot and ready" ? pull up to the drive thru and order 1 pepperoni pizza and cheese bread and your told 10-15 min wait and to pull around front. Which really means 20-25 minutes later they will bring you their "hot and ready" pizza.
The lobby is always closed so you have to spend 30+min waiting in the drive thru for them to tell you to pull up front and we will bring it out..15mins later... so 45 min on a couple pizzas. All teenagers working at this location, who really don't care about their job.

Store has never answered anytime I’ve called and I’ve called a lot. The door is always locked. So you are never able go in to pick up your order, order or if you have a complaint about your food and would like to speak to someone. You can only go through the drive thru which can be a little upsetting at times. Especially when you’ve already waited and then made to wait again. If there’s a problem. Please do better!
