“Can't say enough about this place It is owner operated The owners are excellent people. They are trained from around the world on different types of ethnic cooking. It is a hidden gem in the small little town of Kentucky. It is well worth the drive from Cincinnati especially for one of their special dinner events they have on a regular basis by reservation only. “This little jewel of New Richmond deserves your attention when visiting or passing through. After a bout ten visits here I must say this is one of the most charming places I have found in coffee shops for quite a while. Locally created and owned, the staff are competent and especially just kind people. The food turned out from the kitchen is always fresh, has a good presentation and is is well made and creative. I have found theirSumatran roast to be a wonderful whole bean to take home for my grinder and press. I recommend this spot if your feeling the desire for a breakfast sandwich with coffee e or latte. “The food is epic. It definitely over delivers. The wings are fantastic, brined, rubbed, smoked and I am assuming fried prior to serving. The flavor is fantastic, even with the tame (by heat) sauces. These are easily on par with Knock Back Nats wings and not as spicy, so they probably appeal to many more.I also had the Smoked and Fried Bologna Sandwich! Epic! Tater tots are really good, and the kids' chicken and waffles were also excellent. We will be back for sure. I suggest you try this place out if you hadn't before. Being inside Alexandria Brewing Company is also a bonus as they have some pretty solid beers as well.Ok we went back on a Saturday. And they definitely need to step up their game in the kitchen. They took orders with buzzers. Why they don't take all orders as they come is beyond me. wouldn't you want to know what's incoming? I don't know. The food was great the first time. We've been waiting 2 hours the 2nd time. Perhaps come on a weeknight and expect slow service.? Not a great 2nd experience.”

“Our 1st experience with poochie's place was 10 yrs ago I only know it was 10 yrs ago bc me and my husband had breakfast here the day after we was married this place has always been great. I love their goetta here only restaurant I know that serves it. I had a waffle with 2 eggs and goetta with coffee here the food was soooooooo good and Very filling. I remember when our kids was littler and they use to get pancakes here the staff would make them Lil piggy pancakes they loved it.Parking: The place is always packed when they are open.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly here sometimes they will have them color them a pics so they can place it on the wall.”

“These places are diamonds in the rough. Great no frills diner/restaurant. The food, people and atmosphere are genuine and you're not going to see many community restaurants like this place anymore. Instead of going to the mass produced bland corporate restaurants near along RT. 27, go to this place and support a great local spot.”

“Deluxe pizza bread is terrible, it is in a hogie bun and i was very surprised that grammar would serve such a disappointing food on it menu. The fried chicken salad was very good. You need to take the pizza bread to the trash and bring back your pizza crust bread, get rid of the hogie bun for this it socks, sorry.”

There are no dining in options as of 3/24. We enjoyed the XL Bronx which is thin crust and small rounds of pepperoni! Give this place a try! “After years of driving by, we finally stopped in tonight and it did not disappoint! Everyone was so friendly, and the food was delicious! We brought our 3 and 6 year old with us- they give two thumbs up for their mini burgers and mac n cheese. We got the James Parker Burger and Reuben fish sandwich. Yum! Alex was our server. He was attentive and so sweet. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!”

“Please don't listen to the 1 star reviews. Give Marcella's a chance. I have gone here a lot and have never had an issue. Always a new donut to try and the quality is top notch. You do spend more money here, but the extra money is worth it. This is a great place for a once in a while treat. “Their selection of sweet and fruit wines is second to none! They have been at this for a long time now and they know what they’re doing. My husband and I travel down here about twice a year for the last five years and every time it does not disappoint.
