“I will never be able to say how much I love Chick fil-a, ever! Their service is top notch at whatever location I go to but I guess the Elizabethtown, KY store is my go-to because its the closest one to me & the one I visit the most often.If you're not aware, they have an app that you can order on & choose curbside pickup as your preferred method (verses drive thru or going in). Once I discovered this, I use it all the time & its so convenient! You will also score points each time you scan your app when ordering & this allows you the option to get free food or drinks on future orders.Their grilled chicken sandwich is amazing (with the honey bbq sauce) & recently I tried the cobb salad which was also fantastic! I don't think Chick fil-a could get it wrong if they tried :)I always get excited when I see a new Chick fil-a being built but unfortunately its not in my town at this time. Danville KY is getting a new one (at time of review the building is done on the outside - Nov 2023) and I'm excited that the Pigeon Forge area has a second location now!“

“To be honest, the food here is really good for a Arby's! :)However, my family and I had to wait a LONG time for our food. We're talking about a half an hour wait. It shouldn't take that long to make a sandwich with some curly fries. However，If you don't mind waiting for a half hour, there really are no other problems so overall I wouldrecommend it!!! ☺️“

“My first visit to Cook Out was very nice. My order was taken by a very nice lady at the counter. I ordered a tray (their name for combo meal). It comes with two sides. My hamburger was delicious; although the hamburger was much smaller than the bun. My sides of crinkle fries and Cole slaw were both delicious. I was pleased with my first visit to Cook Out, so I will return.

“Went to use the pick up drive up window. Two of the employee looked at me. I waited about 10 minutes. Then went inside to get my food. The pizza was good. Otherwise don't use the pickup window. Also I was not the only one who had to go into get there was a man behind me that came in also.“

“KFC staff are wonderful. The only issue is consistency. I think they may struggle with being able to decide what the need is. Sometimes it's fresh, sometimes not so much, sometimes it's ready, sometimes you wait, and now and then,"we don't have breast but we can get ya a wing" ?“

Uber Eats doesn't deliver early morning even tho it/they show Mcdonald's open, and they deliver, and their shown expected wait time on delivery 10 minutes. Yeah right! “Stopped by during lunch hours and noticed what looked to be college students ordering sandwiches for their entire team. An order which probably should have been called in prior so that the team at Subway could get ahead of this before lunch. This of course caused some customers who had been waiting longer than I have to get upset and ultimately walk out. To those people, this wasn't the team at Subway's fault, being in service they wouldn't say no to any order. I also doubt the college students knew to call this order in ahead of time if they aren't from around here.
I waited maybe at most 10 minutes, the Store Manager/Owner acknowledged that, came over to apologize and said they were going to cover my lunch today. I was fine with waiting and would still have paid for my lunch. I've worked in retail the past 10+ years so I understand what it is like to be in a tough situation like that. I am sure he would have covered the other customers meals for their wait as well.
This location has been the best Subway I've ordered from, that's including the time I spent living in Louisville and Indiana. Their food is always fresh and staff are focused and welcoming.
