“I was there waiting for a mobile order earlier today, they were pretty busy, with only 2 people working.( a guy with tattoos, and a younger blonde woman) A lady who was there also waiting for a mobile order was pretty darn rude about having to wait, and even said she’d ’never be coming back’ and to be honest, if I was the employee I would have snapped at her. It was obvious that they were very busy, but they kept their cool and were completely professional, and did their best to serve everyone.
Figured I’d leave the review for them, so they get appreciated for their professionalism and hard work.

“Stopped by during lunch hours and noticed what looked to be college students ordering sandwiches for their entire team. An order which probably should have been called in prior so that the team at Subway could get ahead of this before lunch. This of course caused some customers who had been waiting longer than I have to get upset and ultimately walk out. To those people, this wasn't the team at Subway's fault, being in service they wouldn't say no to any order. I also doubt the college students knew to call this order in ahead of time if they aren't from around here.
I waited maybe at most 10 minutes, the Store Manager/Owner acknowledged that, came over to apologize and said they were going to cover my lunch today. I was fine with waiting and would still have paid for my lunch. I've worked in retail the past 10+ years so I understand what it is like to be in a tough situation like that. I am sure he would have covered the other customers meals for their wait as well.
This location has been the best Subway I've ordered from, that's including the time I spent living in Louisville and Indiana. Their food is always fresh and staff are focused and welcoming.
