I was having a lot of issues with door dash today and a lady that works at subway her name is Jessie she was absolutely amazing and so helpful she definitely deserves a raise and want to talk about going above and beyond for customers she has done that and more and the problem wasn’t even subway it was DoorDash and she’s went above and beyond for me to get a refund …. THANK YOU SO MUCH JESSIE!!!!
I was there waiting for a mobile order earlier today, they were pretty busy, with only 2 people working.( a guy with tattoos, and a younger blonde woman) A lady who was there also waiting for a mobile order was pretty darn rude about having to wait, and even said she’d ’never be coming back’ and to be honest, if I was the employee I would have snapped at her.
