“I can only speak for the weekends. That is the only time I have gone. With that said the ladies that work the bar are Incredibly nice and make you feel at home. And Donna sets the tone with the karaoke and I have always had a great time! This story tells it all. I am 61 years old and have been able to drink legally since I was 18, So needless.to say I have been in a frw bars in my life. Not just here but around the country and parts of the world. And in all that time I never had a bartender come back after I paid them and say the accidentally charge me too much and gave me change back. This is a testament to how awesome this place is. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. So come on down and spend an evening with friends.“

“Our experience was just incredible. My family came here for a pre birthday dinner for myself. Our waiter Dylan was fantastic - very down to earth, kind and funny. He was running every which way but he also maintained a great attitude. I believe he just may be the best server I’ve had at a restaurant! Our food/drinks were so tasty. My husbands food was running a bit behind ours due some malfunction in the kitchen with the stoves/ovens, so the manager Devin came over and let us know that my husbands meal would be comped AND we would get a free dessert. We truly were not expecting anything like that. I overheard Devin at another table complimenting his entire staff by saying he has the best in the world. It truly shows. “This is a great neighborhood bar everybody makes you feel welcome. The food is good comfort type food proportions are good prices are reasonable. The coolest thing about this location is the music they bring in some great musicians. It's a small venue which sometimes makes it hard to watch the musicians but you can hear fine from anywhere in the bar. We visit the location frequently.“

“This is kind of a dive bourbon bar but definitely worth stopping in. Taylor the bartender was absolutely fantastic. They climbed a ladder to get a bottle that we wanted a pour of. We got a flight and the store pick of Russell’s was out of this world but unfortunately not for sale. The restroom was clean. Our only complaint was the bar and the menus were really sticky. Like so sticky that we washed our hands in the fountain outside when we left. However, definitely worth a visit if you’re a bourbon drinker because they have over 500 bottles.“

“We don't really drink much... but the little we did was very good as was the service. Our main thing was looking for a decent place to play a cpl games of pool from time to time. Their pool tables are very nice. The employees that we've met this far have also been very nice. It's overall a nice place. And by far one of the best Bloody Mary's we've had.
They don't serve food, but sometimes I guess ppl bring stuff in to set up for patrons to share... which is pretty cool.

“I’ve always wanted to visit this place as in general l love driving through Ludlow as the neighborhood has a very rustic charm! So we decided to stop by for a couple of drinks on a Monday evening, we were amazed to find the bar was packed with regulars hanging out at the bar and the place had a very welcoming vibe! Mikey the bartender was friendly and fun to talk to and made great recommendations! Everyday of the week they have some specials, Monday night it was Modelo & Margaritas at $4, the sliders were great and so were the fries! There were a couple of owners with their dogs and apparently the dogs love visiting the bar for bacon(pet owners make a note). Absolutely fell in love with this tavern, it’s the perfect blend of fun, casual, cozy and has a great vibe!“

“Inviting atmosphere with great coffee and even better service.

I Stumbled upon this cafe on google and learned that it is one of the few coffee shops that are open late into the evening. As soon as i walked in, i noticed that the pillows in top of the seating rows and the great cozy atmosphere that allows people to work while minding their business which is the perfect mix for a coffee spot!

They have a downstairs too and both floors have a patio area which I will try once the weather gets warmer. The downstairs is a more quiet environment but the main floor is filled with vibes and background conversations so it offers both ambiances that a cafe often calls for.

The selection of wine has depth which makes it a good spot to hangout even after the coffee hours are gone.

As a latino, i loved seeing the empanadas on their menu which is a great snack or meal and goes well with coffee.

I ordered the usual, dark toast drip coffee, yet again and the flavor was a bit on the robust side with a hint of bitterness but delicious nonetheless. I had more than three refills of it and was more awake than a meth head at 3 pm in the afternoon!

The barista was so sweet and was more than happy to take care of my refills every time i stepped up to the bar!

“A dive bar type of place with a cozy basic atmosphere. Drinks are cheap for a downtown bar in Covington KY. Service is attentive and friendly. Food is not served but several restaurants are nearby or one can bring food into the bar. Happy hour is unparalleled for it seems to cover all types of drinks. This is not the usual for places that have happy hour. Seating is ample plus space exists to stand.“
