This place is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been too. The lady that was working the front is the rudest person I have ever dealt with! My 9 yr old said he wanted something & the lady replied back we don’t have that. He’s a kid! Learn some manners & respect. You don’t have to be so rude. They also have false advertising & no donuts were in stock! I have been there several times so far & this is the last time. I’d rather go to a gas station & get coffee. Horrible!!
I am not sure why I continue trying to give DD a chance. This morning it was the hope that due to my time crunch, I could grab something quick.
#1 not quick.
#2 lady in drive through very rude.
#3 if you have an option for "less ice" on your app, that should not also result in less drink. Cup only 3/4 full, if that.
#4 I have never, ever, gotten the donut ordered through the app.
