I have never once had a bad experience with this place. This place has become my go-to Chinese food they have so many options. I usually get the sweet-and-sour chicken and fried rice, chicken is hot and fresh The sweet-and-sour sauce is flavorful tangy sour with sweetness lightly salty. The rice is always fresh and hot perfectly cooked. Food is a great price for the portion sizes of food I always end up with leftovers which are just as good later on, when I’ve gotten takeout, the staff is always so nice and sweet. The restaurant is clean and stocked. I would absolutely recommend this place to people and have already!.“

“Supervising h.s. seniors was a great experience. The paid staff (only a few) was very organized and welcoming. Donated food is cooked and served with the magic of Chef Garland. Volunteers (some groups and many individuals) are so positive and very productive. Clients were greeted like friends and accepted as they came. Very enlightening and lively environment.“

Even if you go right at 12, the line might be out the door, but it moves so fast. Not only the line, but the food as well. You’ll still get your food wicked fast.

“The food was accurate and delicious. We got take out as we usually do. They were very busy so I decided to go in, both to get my good quicker and be considerate since they were so busy. The ladies at the hostess counter were going through the bags receipts seeing who tipped and who didn't and proceeded to say they would keep those that didn't tip waiting. Now I'm not fully against tip culture, but this didn't seem right to keep people waiting indefenitly or serving them cold food just because they may not have tipped. Just wanted to warn other people who may be ordering carey out and wondering why everyone else got their food before them.“

“LarderRoom...This is exactly what you would expect when you hear Noodle House. The menus are in English and Chinese. The specials are handwritten in Chinese. This place is the real deal. For an extra special treat, if you are lucky, you can see the noodles being hand pulled. This is such an art. Lastly, I know the place is called Fortune Noodle House, but if you want the (in my opinion) best dish on the menu, order the Eggplant with Garlic Sauce. You will not regret it. I will never eat here again without ordering it. Enjoy!

“Cincinnati Pizza Week brought us here! Fiancé has high standards for Italian food and loved the red sauce on the pizza. Food was great. Wedge was the best wedge salad I’ve ever had and HUGE! Restaurant is decorated lovely and smells like Italy. Service, however, was disappointing. Host stand is at the other end of the entrance. Unless there’s a different entrance we didn’t know about- but didn’t see any signs stating otherwise. Host didn’t greet and rather went to the table and pointed for me to come to the table rather than walking us there. Table was hardly cleaned and food on the table cloth. Not a single person came to our table to greet us for almost 15 min. Server didn’t apologize for us waiting. Server hardly came by to check after food came out or would do so when walking by, not stopping to check on us. I wanted a bowl for the wedge salad. It was huge so hard to eat on the plate but she didn’t stop long enough for me to tell her and I had to blag someone else down. Al thought it was Pizza Week, I would’ve expected it to be busy but business didn’t seem busy and had several tables to expect this kind of service. Maybe she was just having a bad day.“
