“I have been to this location twice this year. Both my experiences have been great. Today I tried something different, Chicken Noodle soup. It was good for most part nothing fancy or super flavorful. I really love the Broccoli Chedder soup & the BBQ Chicken sandwich. Those are my go to that I get everytime.“

“And unusually off-pace night for Olive garden. We were first seated at a table by the windows and the draft and cold temperature was too much to take. We were accommodated and moved to a corner interior table (without a smile or empathy). Then in an unusual and unfortunate situation, I had to use my coaster to kill a small bug on the corner ledge. This has not happened before and I assume it's just part of being in the world as there were no other occurrences. Nonetheless, It was a distraction. Food there is usually good. The salad is always fantastic. Service was fine“

“Strange thing is - I've lived in Beavercreek since 1980, and I'm pretty sure the Olive Garden was built sometime in the mid-late 1990's, but I never once visited there until around 1, and a half - 2 years ago.

However, since my very first visit, I've enjoyed it every single time. I like the design, and layout of the place. I like the fast, friendly, service, and of course - most of all - I LOVE THE FOOD!!!

I was there this past Thursday evening - just a few hours ago, as I hadn't been there in a while, and missed it. Anyway, I wasn't disappointed. Once again thoroughly enjoyed my meal.

I'll hopefully visit there again here soon, during the holidays.

“My wife and I ate at this Panera location for brunch. I got 2 items from the hot handhelds menu. The food was very fresh and had lots of flavor. We both chose the “Pick 2” option so we could try more items from the menu. Overall, we are very happy with our Panera experience. We would definitely go back to this location. There was no line when we arrived.“

“Ordered catering online... A bit of confusion as this location doesn't do catering orders, but was brought in from a nearby location. While I was initially annoyed, all was well when the delivery guy came in with the complete order. BTW, the shift manager was super nice in trying to figure out what was going on, kudos to her for her efforts. Recommend that whoever does the website make some changes to improve clarity.“

“With all due respect, this particular store needs to get its act together! It is close to my office, the food is good, and so I go there (usually carry-out) at least once a week. However, in the last month, I have had my order screwed up three times! I am certain I am not unique, so how many other orders get screwed up? In the last month, I have had to return twice, once because the baguette was not included and today, because I didn’t have salad dressing. (Because of the prior incidents, I even checked that I had the correct salad before I left the store—didn’t think I had to look to see if I had salad dressing!). The other time was when I dined in, and received the wrong salad. I didn’t complain then. I’ve been to this store many, many times in the past and have never once had an incorrect order. Three times in a month—I would have to point my finger at management for lack of training, lack of quality control, or perhaps other issues. I have to wonder how many other customers have had issues with their orders, didn’t complain, and won’t be coming back.“

“Just went and got coffee and Maddie the Panera cashier was the kindest soul!

She was even festively dressed, and had a great cheerful smile and welcoming personality.

I rarely get coffee, but I'm very thankful and fortunate that I had the wonderful encounter with Maddie at the Panera!“

“The only reason that I even come to this particular Panera Bread is because of Miss Kathy and Anthony the assistant manager (I come for coffee after working 3rd shift at the hospital on the weekends).Miss Kathy and Anthony are the bomb💣....their customer ❤service is next to none. But today the manager on duty, let a dog come in here and be in the restaurant she told me there was nothing she could do about the dog being here in the restaurant. I even called 911. The dog ran around the fireplace. the woman said that he was a service dog and that he wasn't hurting anything (but his hair flying around the restaurant!!!!!!)but service dogs don't run around the restaurant. They sit in one place next to the owner.I love dogs but not dog hair in my food!!! LEAVE THE DOG OUTSIDE!“
