“My husband and I were delighted to find an authentic Indian restaurant in OLD Covington. We ordered the somosas, Lamb Rogan Josh, and rice pudding- all of which was delicious.

“Amazing food and staff. I had the chicken thali which had two chicken dishes, rice, 4 slices of naan(ask for the garlic naan) and a cucumber tomato salad. If you don’t know that much about Indian cuisine ask the manager. He suggested the ginger chicken which I will try the next time I go.“

“I don’t eat much Indian food, so when trying this place to takeout for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised to be guided by a friendly staff member to choose the best options to try out. I ended up choosing the Karhai Ginger Chicken and some Garlic Nan for my order and it was simply delicious. I haven’t seen another Indian restaurant taste this good. “Really great Indian food. Some of the best Nan in the city and their rolls are a cool western take on Indian food but keeping true to the flavors. My only advice would be to replace the chips as a side. It's weird with Indian food. A single piece of Nan or a Samosa maybe but chips is odd. Or drop the side all together and I didnt expect anything more than the roll I ordered and the chips were a negative not a plus so cut them. This is critique of a place I love though so if the worst thing they do is give me a side of potato chips when I order a roll I'm still very happy.“

“Been coming here for years and stop by everytime I’m in the city. Wait times are not long and is in an accessible location. The best indian food I’ve ever tried and can’t even replicate it at home. The Paneer Makhani is so full of flavor, creamy, and silky. It’s perfectly balanced and not too overpowering. Perfect bit of savory and spiciness with amazing aromatics. Its a must. The rice is very fluffy with amazing flavor. Never knew plain rice could be so tasty. The garlic naan is amazing quality and a great edition for its price. Comes free during lunch. Best indian food in the country.“

“It was the first of the year. After we journeyed through the aquarium, we craved food of true substance. After a short stroll, we arrived; being treated with a warm environment and welcoming faces.
We then were flabbergasted by the extensive menu. Everything sounded so good and there was an astounding variety. We started with the appetizer platter and it was phenomenal. From the mint chutney to all the fried delights it was amazing. Our entrees were so filling and so well done. Our waitress was so kind and the service was excellent. This place was such an amazing find to end our amazing day. Would recommend this phenomal establishment to everyone!“
