“First Watch without a doubt is never a disappointment when it comes to food, but at the Crestview hills, Ky, 41071 location, the server went above and beyond to make sure my meal was perfect. Had the shrimp & grits that were excellent. Also because I was feeling very hungry had the million dollar potatoes, 2 eggs over medium, a plate of bacon, and a lavender lemonade for a drink. Troy if you are reading this, you are an amazing server and definitely have the gift of being a people person. Thank you for taking care of me after my long shift at work.”

“Wed, 2/28/24, Management told one of our trivia team members that she is no longer welcome because she spoke to trivia host and he felt threatened by her. She talked to host after trivia and told him she thought the questions we no longer "general knowledge" trivia. While her remarks may have been harsh, we feel she should have been warned that her behaviour would not be tolerated in the future but not forbidden to return to play trivia. Our trivia team spends 140.00 to 160.00 each Wednesday, not to mention the amount of tips the server was making (30 to 50 dollars). She also told management team that host drinks too much during trivia and they denied that. By the hosts own admission over the microphone, he has asked people to stop sending him drinks because "I'm getting drunk guys". She was told he is allowed 1 alcoholic beverage while doing trivia. WHO HAS EVER HAD A JOB WHERE THEY ARE ALLOWED TO DRINK ALCOHOL?? We will probably NOT be coming back to trivia if all of our team members are not welcome. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR TRIVIA....WHICH I HAD SELECTED ORIGINALLY!!”

“I have been her numerous Times! Always great!! Today … not so much! The “ manager” was rude and down right mean!!! I have gotten the mini croissants for parties many times. They are ALWAYS PRE CUT! I ordered 36. She would not cut them and they stuffed them in a bag too small and many were smashed flat….. not the look I wanted for the shower I am giving!!! How disappointing!!!”

Also, super conveniently located right off the exit and right next to Trader Joe’s - can we say DOUBLE WIN We swung in just for some brews and bites and hit the jackpot! The band was in full swing - highly recommend checking out Second Take if you’re in the Cinci region - we lucked out and caught the show right as we sat down. Super chill environment too, not overcrowded and our waitress Stevie was PHENOMENAL 👌 Quick to grab our drinks, didn’t forget me when I asked for refills, grabbed our apps out the gate and hooked us on the napkins because ya girl is a messy eater 😆 she even answered my 100 questions about what local brews they offer (which, if this is your forte, def check out their selection - I was impressed) Anywho, 10/10 service, food, atmosphere and generally just a cool spot to check out that’s 15 min from anywhere as soon as you hit the highway in the Queen City 🤙”

“i haven’t gone to a panera bread in almost a year due to a bad experience, but i decided to check this one out on a rainy day and i will say— it was absolutely wonderful. clean, friendly staff, the food tasted fresh & really tasty. lots of cozy seating, with cozy fireplaces ablaze. received a nice discount i wasn’t aware of. i will return to this location!”

“This is possibly one of the best meals in Cincinnati. My favorites menu items are the broccoli, short ribs, and gnocchi, and it would be a crime to not finish the meal with the ricotta + honey ❤️ The staff are great and we felt so welcome and well-cared for during our dinner.”

“We had dinner at the downtown location this evening to celebrate my son’s graduation from the military, and leaving to report to his first assignment. From the time we were seated, to the time we left, several staff members came over to shake his hand and thank him for his service, even the General Manager. We always receive exceptional care from any Jeff Ruby’s establishment, but are so grateful to our amazing server Peter along with all of the other staff who took the time to make our family feel so special. We will support this business until the end of time! Thank you for being such a wonderful place to visit!”
