“Wed, 2/28/24, Management told one of our trivia team members that she is no longer welcome because she spoke to trivia host and he felt threatened by her. She talked to host after trivia and told him she thought the questions we no longer "general knowledge" trivia. While her remarks may have been harsh, we feel she should have been warned that her behaviour would not be tolerated in the future but not forbidden to return to play trivia. Our trivia team spends 140.00 to 160.00 each Wednesday, not to mention the amount of tips the server was making (30 to 50 dollars). She also told management team that host drinks too much during trivia and they denied that. By the hosts own admission over the microphone, he has asked people to stop sending him drinks because "I'm getting drunk guys". She was told he is allowed 1 alcoholic beverage while doing trivia. WHO HAS EVER HAD A JOB WHERE THEY ARE ALLOWED TO DRINK ALCOHOL?? We will probably NOT be coming back to trivia if all of our team members are not welcome. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR TRIVIA....WHICH I HAD SELECTED ORIGINALLY!!”

“This is a chain ice cream store in the Crestview Hills outdoor shopping center. They have all of ice cream essentials like chocolate, vanilla, etc as well as some crazier options such as the one I tried. It was the Birthday Cake Remix. It comes with cake batter ice cream, brownie, fudge, and of course rainbow sprinkles. I didn't really get much birthday cake effect but the brownie and fudge more than make this a delicious treat. Even better I got it in a waffle cone which was crispy, tasty, and delectable. While there are more exciting local dessert joints this is always a solid choice.”

“I have been her numerous Times! Always great!! Today … not so much! The “ manager” was rude and down right mean!!! I have gotten the mini croissants for parties many times. They are ALWAYS PRE CUT! I ordered 36. She would not cut them and they stuffed them in a bag too small and many were smashed flat….. not the look I wanted for the shower I am giving!!! How disappointing!!!”

“Baguettes were stake and cold. Bread on Chipotle chicken sandwich wasn't good either. The cashier was very friendly though and helpful. Bathrooms and eating area needed to be cleaned, but that is probably just messy customers.”

Also, super conveniently located right off the exit and right next to Trader Joe’s - can we say DOUBLE WIN We swung in just for some brews and bites and hit the jackpot! The band was in full swing - highly recommend checking out Second Take if you’re in the Cinci region - we lucked out and caught the show right as we sat down. Super chill environment too, not overcrowded and our waitress Stevie was PHENOMENAL 👌 Quick to grab our drinks, didn’t forget me when I asked for refills, grabbed our apps out the gate and hooked us on the napkins because ya girl is a messy eater 😆 she even answered my 100 questions about what local brews they offer (which, if this is your forte, def check out their selection - I was impressed) Anywho, 10/10 service, food, atmosphere and generally just a cool spot to check out that’s 15 min from anywhere as soon as you hit the highway in the Queen City 🤙”
