“Well I like Dairy Queen it is my favorite to eat but today we came in and stood there for a good 5 minutes and not one person acknowledged us in any way. I understand they were busy and I understand that but not one employee said hello or we will be just a minute I’d of have been perfectly fine with that. It was a hard decision but we decided to leave and still no one said anything.“

UPDATE- I was treated EXTREMELY poorly by an employee named Paul this afternoon. 2/24 I've always loved the customer service at this location. During his rude rants- he claims he is manager but was leaving- so that's a plus. But it has really turned me against the establishment. Very disappointing. Everyone else has always been kind.“
