“A few regular employees who have taken our order over the years go above and beyond to make sure my son's (who has food allergies) food is prepped as requested. The few times there have even been the slightest question of safety or miscommunication in the kitchen, they have remade his food with no problem. The employees are always so kind, friendly and understanding, and this is so appreciated!“

“I have been her numerous Times! Always great!! Today … not so much! The “ manager” was rude and down right mean!!! I have gotten the mini croissants for parties many times. They are ALWAYS PRE CUT! I ordered 36. She would not cut them and they stuffed them in a bag too small and many were smashed flat….. not the look I wanted for the shower I am giving!!! How disappointing!!!“

“A regular fast food experience, the chicken fingers were crispy and crunchy. I am not a huge fan of the Canes sauce. The customer service was good not great, I think this location needs to do more with a Chick-fil-eh right across the street. They are the gold standard for customer service and they have a long ways to get to that type of service and customer experience.“

“I went to lees in Bellevue, Ky tonight for dinner .. the food was so fresh and hot !! The chicken livers was the best I’ve ever had there and the chicken breast was so fresh.. the crew was amazing and so friendly!! Keep up the hard work!!“

“My children and I love going to this Chick-fil-A. They are beyond accommodating; especially with my Son's food allergies. They will give grilled chicken nuggets to my Son who has food allergies so that he too can enjoy and I don't have to make multiple food stops. This is beyond appreciated. Highly recommend to all!!“

“Absolutely delicious, and we couldn’t believe how fast they prepared our order. We loved the lemon thyme sandwhich, and I saved my scoop of chicken salad for a late night snack that hit the spot. Peach sweet tea with a splash of lemonade rounded out the delicious sauce sampler we improvised to go with our large tender meal.

“Placed an order for carry out last night and was leaving out the door to pay cash and have my favorite meal with my favorite person. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I wasn’t able to make it to the order. After feeling really guilty all day, I called and a young lady answered the phone and heard me out, said it was ok and offered prayers for me and my people. “Stopped in for a after bite to eat , pre-birthday dinner with my lady and ordered our preferred chicken choices , (honey garlic / Caribbean spice wings , even grabbed one of the bottles of Soon Hari (peach ) which by the way is nice 👍, but with all that got home and found the chicken was missing one of its sauces , the honey garlic , tried calling back but I’m guessing they already stop answering the phone so they can close , so yeah everything was good beside the mix up .“

“One of the only Chick-fil-A restaurants near us with a play place! It's great for rainy after school visits (with a treat, of course) or active lunches when you need to wear your kids out while still eating pretty good food. I can't say anything bad. We keep coming back!“

“I love this chick fil a, but I just went into the kids play area and it needs to be cleaned. Finger prints all over. I know it is a play area, but it could be cleaned once a day, a quick wipe down does wonders. But the service is great every time we come here! And food is wonderful!!!“
