My family and I was here today for a early dinner! I wanted to give a huge shout out to Julian for his amazing customer service! He has amazing customer service skills and was super helpful!He made the experience that much better. We love fazolis, but do not live near one. we stop by when we can, but definitely wanted to make sure he was recognized for his efforts. Ordered online and went to pick up at time was supposed to be ready 5:45 placed order @5:18,When order was picked up and brought home was cold and nasty .Called store and was told by manager was my fault the food was cold .It sat in pick up too long.Breadsticks was cold and doughy .Never be back.Management is rude and not concerned at all .
Had a wonderful experience, great food, and even better customer service.
