Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is a popular restaurant known for its wonderful food and excellent customer service. The restaurant is consistently clean with nice decor. Staff are friendly, polite, and work very hard with good teamwork, even when extremely busy. Management is helpful in rectifying any order issues.
The food quality is impressive. Burgers like the Freddy's double are really good. The chili cheese dog is described as amazing. Sides receive mixed reviews; the cheese curds are delicious, but the regular fries and cheese fries are not liked by all. For dessert, the concrete sundaes are a favorite, though sometimes there are comments about the amount of mix-ins. The restaurant is a go-to place for burgers and dessert, with many customers planning to return and recommending it highly.
