The customer service provided by Derrick was the best I’ve seen in a long time.. Eventhough he was working by himself because his only other coworker was on their break, and he was swamped with orders he was still kind and very respectful to everyone and made sure to get food out fast and diligently. I will definitely be returning
I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!
Tonia and Brittany on evening shift is amazing. They always get our food out quick. We will continue to come see them. They need a raise. It is well deserved.
