Worst restaurant I ever tried to order at. the AI was determined to sell me what it wanted me to have and not what I wanted. it's a shame when a paying customer can't order what they want. I drove off and went to McDonalds, they took my order of what I wanted. Never will I visit this Hardee's again.
37 minutes for drive through and the robot didn’t even complete the order. Was told 4 minutes on chicken, at the 9 minute mark I walk in and the food is still NOT ready! STOP using a robot, close the interior and do drive thru only when you are short staffed. And to top it off, here are our curly fries…
went to drive thru this morning cause i work across the street. The food was good but never dealt with such rude people. You dont need to tell me I cant have something on the menu "cause its not a breakfast item" but 2 days before I got it no problem. Dont be a karen. Its called customer services.
