“Erica is a great employee!!! The drive thru employee messed up on my order(no big deal at all) I called the store to ask to correct my order and fix it! Erica went above and beyond! She was very polite and apologetic! She sincerely apologized for the mess up and fixed it immediately! (They were extremely busy and things happen, but Erica made sure that all her customers were given what they ordered plus some)! Tip for the guy with a beard working drive thru though!! SLOW DOWN TAKING ORDERS! Let the customer finish their order and don’t rush them to the window. Ppl will wait for their food! I’ve worked/ran fast food/restaurants for over 15 years! Ppl Will pay and wait for what they ordered! Also make sure you are inputting the order correctly! Ppl will appreciate you for double confirming their order over making small mistakes and they have to come back to get what they ordered!“
“If you intend to eat in get there early because they won't let you in .it was only 7:00 pm .I went to another KFC 2.5 miles away and couldn't get in there to eat either. I was really unhappy about the whole deal. So I went to chice fil a .very unhappy about the this evening. The doors were locked at one. The other one was closing at 8:10 pm.
