“I went and ordered some meals for my family. Yes I had to wait a while, that didn’t matter to me. The employees were very nice!!! They kept apologizing to me for the wait. The store was clean. It is under staffed. They need help bad. Other people was getting mad at the works because they had to wait a while, but the employees was telling everyone that there is going to be a long wait due to not having enough employees, but they are working as fast as they can. I want to give a big shout out to all of the employees that worked there tonight!!! Nun of y’all got rude with any of us when customers was just being very rude to y’all.“
“The manager, Shannon, and her staff made a fantastic 8 piece meal for me and my family. It was a redo after we bought an 8 piece and requested no wings and got a bucket of mostly wings and no biscuits. Shannon and staff replaced it and when I tell you that was the best chicken dinner ever…my gosh! The staff on hand that day needs a raise.“
