Fast service, they ask us they could substitute items, so we didn't have to wait, and threw in some extra to make up for it. They could definitely use some more front counter help, was had to really hustle to keep up, but she did a great job.
I Went through the drive through window and ordered 2 chicken strip boxes and wanted to substitute the drink for a second side, I could not do that, they made me pay for the drink even though I had no place to put it in the car. That is an out and out ripoff , and I will not be back period
Seemed like it was forever to get two original recipe chicken breasts.

KFC in Kentucky offers typical fast food experience with friendly service. The food was amazingly perfect, hot, and fresh. Despite a slow service and a need for a cleaner dining room, the 12pc. Family meal with mashed potatoes and coleslaw was worth the $41.00 price. Though the lack of customers upon arrival was concerning, there were no complaints about the food quality. With accurate and friendly customer service, this KFC location is a decent spot for a quick meal.
