“Not to impressed with this place.Couldn't understand the drive- thru girl and when I came around ultimate pick up my order the girl said z"here". The original chicken sandwich was good ( a little too many pickles) but overall very good.“
“The service here was amazing!! The lady working the drive thru was very sweet and friendly!! From time we ordered to the time we left took less than 5 minutes and our food tasted great, nice and hot!! This was my first time visiting this location but definitely will not be my last!!! It's very hard to find a restaurant that operates as great as this one does!!“
“The order taker and cashier sam e person, rude as hell, I'll drive to dickson tn before stop there again. and napkins, Wasn't sure why she so rude, I was only one in line, till finally got last order in, when you oder for 5 different people and want to make sure each gets what they want, she was rude from beginning to end. Never again, maybe she needs a rest, or customere service retraining.“
“Ordered via the drive through around 7pm. Pulled up to the window and paid. After paying I was informed that it would be about a 4minute wait and asked to pull off to the side and they would bring the food out to me. 25 minutes later, they almost brought the food out to the wrong car. Check the order and all my sauces and one meal were completely missing. They quickly brought the sauces but took almost 10 more minutes waiting for a famous bowl. The food was as good as you'd expect KFC to be, so no complaints there. Don't expect quick service here.“
“The drive-thru was quick, the lady that assisted me was friendly. (Think it was the same person that took the payment and handed my order to me) but I ordered a side of MacNCheese instead of mashed potatoes and gravy. received mashed potatoes. I was going to order a famous bowl but if they can't seem to get a different side in a simple order not sure if they can handle the other dish (*no corn)“
“Food is always fresh and hot and they never get my orders wrong and never have to wait around for my food for long periods of times. On top of that the employees attitudes are satisfying and friendly nice and friendly we just don't go here for the food. If that doesn't say it all I don't know what will!!!“
“I called to make sure they had pot pies and the fellow told me there were only five left so I went ahead and ordered two online and showed up in the drive-through. Before I could hardly get out my words that I was picking up for so-and-so, he said pull to the front please. When I finally got to the front, he tried to hand me the wrong order and then told me there were no more pot pies left and I told him I had already paid and another guy came up and he said well you have to tell us the name! (Pretty Smart Assy) little did he know I had already over the intercom But they were so rude they were not listening to me….“
“Had a two piece meal and I stood at the counter while the manager stood and watched a employee work the drive thru and the counter. I waited for at least 20 minutes before I got to order then I waited another ten minutes for them to fill my order. I was the only one inside the KFC.I could see if they were busy but I think it was slow.“
