I found this place after the one closer to me left and I'm glad! This KFC in Germantown is so much better! Nowadays there are lots of other restaurants that feature fried chicken but if you like KFC this is a really good one! They are very consistent with the quality of their food whether they are busy or not. I forget what time the dining room closes but when it's open it's a very nice, clean and comfortable place to sit down and eat and I dislike most fast food dining rooms!...read full review
Got my order in 5 min
We pulled up at the drive-through and got two three-piece meals, original recipe. The girl taking our order was very helpful and we got a dirty Pepsi.

KFC is a popular restaurant that serves delicious food in a pleasant atmosphere. The employees are friendly and make customers feel welcome. Orders are processed quickly, and the food is consistently tasty. However, some customers have noted that the music can be too loud, making it difficult to have a conversation. Despite minor issues with cleanliness and occasional order mistakes, KFC remains a favorite choice for many, with some customers making regular visits a tradition. The 1027 8th Ave location, in particular, has been praised for its exceptional service, with the team doing an exceptional job on a large order. Customers have described the food as "delicious and juicy" and the biscuits as "nice and flaky," while the sides are said to never disappoint. Overall, KFC provides a satisfying fast-food experience that keeps customers coming back.
