“DEAR OWNERS, I went into this restaurant on June 29, 2026. It is 7:00 PM, 94 degrees outside, feels like 106. You can check the weather history to see if i am telling the truth. The AIR CONDITIONER IN THE BUILDING WAS BROKEN, AND HAD BEEN ALL DAY, and yet the employees were told that they had to continue to work. THAT IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE TO TRY TO MAKE MONEY OFF OF YOUR EMPLOYEES SUFFERING.
As always, the employees were AWESOME, and even though they were suffering with the heat, I guess they couldn't afford to lose their jobs, so they were staying at work.

The store should be closed until the air could be fixed, and the employees should be moved around temporarily to other KFCS. That is what happened to businesses during the 2010 Clarksville flood.“

Kimberly and her team were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help us with a project for our preschool, where we’re learning about Christmas around the world. In Japan, families often enjoy KFC for Christmas, and thanks to Kimberly, our students will now have KFC boxes and buckets for their dramatic play center. We truly appreciate their generosity and their willingness to give back to our community. Highly recommend this location!“
