This comment is really just about doordashing at this location. Everyone should know that we have to get our own drinks and that's unsanitary. I have to ask for a sticker to go over the lid every time I have to make their drink. Me touching a person's lid that is going on their drink is concerning. Not to me because I know my hands are clean but not everyone is clean enough to wash their hands on the regular.

Finally spoke with the manager/owner (unsure) and was assured, not In line with standards and we worked it out professionally. 100% appreciated ? ?

Visibly Undercooked bread takes away from anything in the bread or great service.

Now I have to double check my orders at pickup

4Days Later & no one has contacted me from the Elizabethtown location.
Still haven't gotten my money back or even...

absolutely love this place. they’re always so nice and funny if you just are nice to them! Management is the best, super understanding people especially if a sandwich goes wrong. Won’t be going to another penn station over this one.
