Visibly Undercooked bread takes away from anything in the bread or great service.

Now I have to double check my orders at pickup

4Days Later & no one has contacted me from the Elizabethtown location.
Still haven't gotten my money back or even...

absolutely love this place. they’re always so nice and funny if you just are nice to them! Management is the best, super understanding people especially if a sandwich goes wrong. Won’t be going to another penn station over this one.

Service was good, help me figure out what I wanted to eat. Tables needed to be wiped down. (That's what my pictures are off the dust all over the tables if you can see it). Other then that all good.
