The food here is more insulting than that cardboard pizza your employer gives everyone after a record profit year. Waited 10 minutes for five tenders, an order of fries, mashed potatoes and extra ranch that I requested that cost 16 bucks. After my wait in the parking lot for the drive through order that had now curbside from being told to pull ahead, I finally get my meal. I stopped by Popeyes in Elizabethtown. It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Employees would discuss workplace politics right in front of customers. I understand when it is busy and you want to prioritize quality. However, this was not the case. Because of constant complaining and workplace politics discussions, I had two sides missing from my order.
This is the first and last time I ever go to Popeye's in Elizabethtown, KY.
We love the fried chicken, chicken sandwich and strip meals. The service is always excellent.
