They were short a server and made sure we knew there would be a wait before they even set us. They checked on us several times and brought salad and soup while we waited. Our food was so good. Worth the wait. Our server was awesome. Great experience.

Sim Sushi is a great little Asian restaurant located off Ring Rd in Elizabethtown. The atmosphere is very nice and the restaurant is clean. Of the menu items we tried, we particularly enjoyed their appetizers and sushi. Their menu is very similar to Sakura 17, Ginza, and Kansai, although prices are a little better.
