“A very nice clean restaurant that served freshly prepared food. It's been a few years since I have been to Paintsville. And this Arby's stands out the best that I have been to for years now. Plenty of comfortable seating, (not that hard plastic seats). Very clean restaurant and bathroom. And the staff, well they were all smiles and went out of thier way to be helpful. It reminded me of how friendly people in Paintsville KY are. It's just thier nature. It was great going back their after all these years, and that Arby's restaurant, well other Arby's restaurants could learn a few things from this franchise”

“My family and I eat here weekly. The best Mexican food in EKY. They generously donated chips/salsa to our local middle school cheerleaders for our banquet. Great people! Go support this business!”

“Phenomenal wings!!! Great salad, fried mushrooms. Ham and cheese sub and Stromboli were bomb too! Got 2 subs, 1 burger, 3 fried mushrooms, 1 onion petal, 6 wings, and a huge salad with added chicken and it was very affordable. Way cheaper than Arby’s and 10 times the flavor! Highly recommend!”

“My Wife Melinda Music and I had been eating at a few other Pizza Places. Obviously for the lack of choices and prices were too high or poor quality. Now, since Giovannis of Paintsville has new management, new booths and improvements weekly, we have returned there. We eat there at least weekly on Fridays before we go grocery shopping. The food is great, service is great, prices are reasonable in this inflation time (they can’t just give it away, let’s be realistic now). I can’t wait for the video games to come back. Day at a time, this place has become the powerhouse it used to be……..and then some, “So much better.” We thoroughly enjoy the food and the wonderful people there. People who report falsely on them, shame on you. Give them a few more months and some other pizza places will definitely feel the sting of their already growing positive success. It will only keep getting better. We love it.”

“Over all a good place to get some Chinese food in the little town of paintsville KY where there is no other option to get Chinese food but Peking Dragon! We have always had good food there and it’s not just crazy expensive. Kind of dark and dingy inside …restrooms can be pretty rough sometimes. Never have seen any sushi there and never have any plain shrimp. It always is mixed in with kinda a stir fry mixture. Several different kinds of chicken and good rice.”

“The best friendly atmosphere. Tori Ferguson works the drive thru and always a smile and how are you. Helped me tremendously on a busy day when she didn't have too. And yes the manager is so sweet and professional along with the other employees. Seems to a place for home cooking when you want chicken.”

“Most of the staff I have dealt with here at this location is usually friendly. Definitely better service than the Salyersville location.Food is usually good. If they make a mistake they usually fix it without hassle. Sucks Little Caesars has raised their prices so much not nearly as affordable as they used to be and they really should drop the "hot and ready" because that isn't really true anymore but that isn't the staffs fault.”
