“Friends, my tummy was not having it today (nothing to do with the food). I had to go from the drive thru to the store 😂. The restroom was clean and they have the good toilet paper! Thanks for saving my life today Ashland Jimmy John’s! P.S. My sandwich was great too 😉.“

“Got the Italian to compare against the nearby Jimmy John's, and it was FAR better. Even if JJ didn't screw up our order, I don't think it's likely they would've won. Bread and ingredients tasted much better.
Also picked up a Philly. Steak was very good, but if you order it be aware they don't include onions, you have to request them even though that's standard basically everywhere. That's on me for assuming, BUT, if they aren't including those things, they honestly should be loading up more meat and cheese. The ratio is sad otherwise.
Fries were not seasoned at all. No salt, or pepper, or anything which is a shame since otherwise they're decently cooked and we like the skin on fries.“

“Just stopped by after i got off work from down the road, ordered a cheesesteak and fries online only to realize i didn’t actually submit the order. luckily the staff at this location were super understanding and helpful and got me situated quickly. Then after i paid the gentleman handed me a coupon for all the confusion. Keep these people working at your store!! Great cheesesteak as well. definitely will be back“

“I absolutely love there "chicken philly" sandwich with sum fries on the side w/ ranch is my #1 go to order everytime I have ate here.

“I deducted a star just due the the amount of employees working. When you release coupons in the local paper, please have enough people to help the influx of new customers. Kayla and Brittany were absolute beasts, turning out 10 to 15 sandwiches in just a few minutes. However it's not fair on them to have to do all the work because the establishment doesn't have enough crew members. Treat your employees better and they will do more for your business.“
