Wow!!! Menchies open under new ownership. The cleanest Menchies I’ve ever frequented! Staff friendly lots of flavors to choose from. What a great experience and the place is hopping! Great time!!!
We came when it was just opened and it was cute and clean with lots of flavor choices. Today it is dirty with yogurt on chairs and walls, the bench cushion is nasty and torn and needs replacing, there is chalk dust EVERYWHERE because no one ever cleans it up from the chalk boards, which are fun for my 9 year olds. There were only 4 choices of flavors which is ridiculous. We won't be back and I hate that because it used to be so cute and clean.

This Menchies recently went under new management/ownership and I have to say, I AM IMPRESSED!The best Menchies I have ever been to, they really care here. Newly added flavors every week & the crowd favorites are always here (mine is the original tart ?)So thankful this re-opened! The best Frozen Treat in Florence!
