“I am almost a daily customer and I must say that the dunkin crew is simply amazing! Cassandra, Savannah, Silka and the other new lady literally going above and beyond. They are super fast, friendly and actually funny. No request is ever to much ,if they run out of something they will find a way to make you leave happy. I also love how they remember almost every single customers order and have them started while still in line! Like what?! This is by far the best team that I've ever seen in the past 6 years! They deserve a big raise and most of all THANK YOU! YOU guys are the true meaning of HRC runs on Dunkin' ! All of us up here appreciate you!
Now,can Dunkin please work on management, because from what we are observing, management is not treating the workers nice and it made it rounds in the whole building.
Other than that,keep going you four,because you girls are really amazing!

“There's no seating here, it's grab and go. Service is fairly fast, now they've got it that you scan your own phone app, they don't/ won't do it for you.

“I have always enjoyed having a Dunkin within walking distance of my Army schools on Fort Knox. In my opinion, Dunkin is better in every way compared to Starbucks, i.e., you get more for your money, the coffee doesn't taste burnt, etc. Starbucks is also not in a short walking distance for those who are not fortunate to have cars. My favorite drink to order is an iced Americano with lite ice, and Dunkin actually gives you lite ice, unlike Starbucks, which takes away 4 pieces of ice :), then looks at you like why you complaining 😄. You want an easy pick me up, try Dunkin' at this location, and order ahead on the app to save time!“

“I can’t express enough how fun it is to go here Almost every morning. Ana is phenomenal at her job and she makes you feel like you aren’t just another person coming through. The entire crew is happy to help and I don’t think I have ever seen them stop smiling. The coffee is exceptional, but it’s the experience every time I go that makes it worthwhile. I love this crew and I am looking forward to my next coffee already. Bonus points for the fun sticker days and surprise drops on the app.“

“I shop at this store daily and I must say something has changed. I don't normally make it a point to go online and write reviews however I feel this is something I need to shout out. The store has always been an ok experience. I have had it take a while to get my order and I've had my order be wrong. Within the past few weeks the energy has changed. My orders are flying out the window to me, the orders are 100% accurate and the customer service has been top notch. Everyone seems to be happy there and it really trickles all the way down to the customer. Thank you so much Starbucks for starting my day off great everyday!“

“I got pulled around to the flag pole for a medium coke 🤯 A MEDIUM COKE. I got pulled around for a medium coke that takes less that a minute to make, a medium coke yall. Let's do better for the customer's I had a hungry toddler in the car. Luckily the fries did the trick but worrying about them numbers come on really? For a coke? Let's do better.“
