“Fruitland is the best treat to hit Kentucky just the idea of real fresh fruit added to these delicious desserts makes the experience extremely enjoyable and the healthier snack alternative. I will add that there is something for anyone to enjoy my family of picky eaters were able to find something they all enjoyed. The staff provides a service similar to chic fil the nicest complete team and friendliest people you will ever meet. Try the mangonada I tried mines with strawberries and watermelon it was some of the best flavor profiles I've ever eaten 😋 🫶🏾❤️“

“This was a cool place to try out. My sister loves this place and we were visiting and wanted to try it out too. I love my salted caramel and sugar cone. The place smelled so yummy and was comfy place. Service was also great too. Would recommend to anyone for a sweet tooth.“

“I stopped by Fort Thomas Parlour and tried their milkshake—it was absolutely delicious! Perfectly creamy, rich in flavor, and made with care. “This place was sooo cute !!! The lady that was working the cashier / ice cream was super sweet and relatable and their popcorn brittle and gooey cake dough was top tier!! If anything must try the popcorn brittle and caramel apple. Two very different flavors. If you like a calm sweet go for the popcorn if you like a big surprise… try the apple! Must try place if you’re in town.“

Full DQ treat menu, including ice cream sandwiches and Dilly bars.
Follow the ordering process. One single line of customers. When you are first in line, advance to the first open window.
It is kind of like going to confession. There is a physical screen you talk through and a window separating you from your treat.
When it is time to pay, the window is opened and you get your treat. “When the coin in the coffer rings, the soul from purgatory springs”.
Please excuse the Catholic analogies - this Dairy Queen is directly across the street from Roger Bacon high school.
Like I said above, bring CASH because I do T think they take credit cards. I might be wrong.
There is ample parking in back of the place, and it is easy to get in and out of here.
High school kid staff were warm and friendly and made me a perfect cone.

“What a fabulous spot for families or ice cream, frozen treats and dessert lovers of all kinds! The inside playground here and two party rooms make this a great spot for parties or other gatherings. I was visiting nephew, his lovely wife and precious two children and we stopped in Graeter's for dessert. I enjoyed my pineapple freeze and loved watching my nephew's children playing on fun equipment inside. Special and enjoyable evening! Wishing you the same!“

“Great customer service! My daughter had a pretty bad wipe out in the rain today before coming into the Taylor mill store today. She had a petty nasty scrapes on her knees and elbow. She was in tears and one of sweet workers came over with some cute animal bandaids and a few stickers for all the kids. She was so sweet to my daughter, she was instantly in a better mood after that and it took her mind off her scraped up knees and elbows. I hope she gets recognized for being so kind and her great customer service skills.The milk shakes were also delicious!“

“Whit's is a small frozen custard place that has better taste than the big chains. We came at a busy time, and they were very quick with getting everyone's order. They had plenty of indoor and outdoor seating available and had a great ambiance.“

“Decided to stop for some ice cream with my son. They have a great menu, the girls behind the counter were very friendly and my milkshake was delicious. Parking is limited and they could use a couple more picnic tables. But it was very good and will be back!“

“Just traveling through this airport to our connection flight, we're very glad we stopped here for a snack!
I tried the chocolate coconut almond chocolate chip one scoop, we loved that! And the same goes for the 'coffee cooler' French-Vanilla flavored!

“I like ice cream very much. I aways went there last year, this year the ice cream is so soft the frist time there in a few months, it was so soft iit almost fell off the cone. I fave them another chance two months later, the ice cream so soft it was no fun trying to eat. I wont go back“

Oakley Crumbl is hands down one of my favorite stops! Their Dr. Pepper dirty soda (with cherry, vanilla, and heavy cream) is absolute perfection—it’s my go-to every time. And the cookies? Amazing doesn’t even begin to cover it. We’ve honestly never tried a flavor we didn’t love. Every week feels like a new treat and they never disappoint. So glad to have this spot close by!“

“I shop at Davis Cookie Collection every week and it just keeps getting better. The flavors are out of this world! I seriously haven’t had a single one I didn’t like. Even the flavors I thought I wouldn’t enjoy, she somehow made me fall in love with. That’s how good these cookies are.
On top of that, the customer service is exceptional. The owner is warm, welcoming, and truly passionate about what she does. You can feel the love and care in every cookie and every interaction.
This place is a gem. If you're a cookie lover or even if you're not, you need to try it. You’ll be hooked!“
“There is a more limited selection of ice cream and higher prices than you would find at a normal Graeter's but the seating area is super cute and totally original to the building. All Rookwood tiles! It wasn't too busy on a Saturday afternoon despite the larger museum being crowded. The hours are different from the larger museum so plan your trip accordingly.“
