We received truly above and beyond service from Jim and his team! Jim understands the lasting impact friendly customer service carries, and the visit to his shop was the cherry on top of our trip! Go see Jim and his team. They'll make you feel like you're a regular!
This was our first time going to Graeter's. We are from out of town and have food allergies. The sorbet is amazing! The other people in our group said their ice cream was great! We would definitely go again when we're out that way.

They provide free samples prior to choosing flavors. Customers enjoyed the Dutch Milk Chocolate and salted caramel, and toffee chip flavors. Some find the chocolate chips large chunks. They also sell candy and sweets.
