White Castle offers burgers that stand out above typical fast food, with a friendly and efficient staff. The restaurant features a clean bathroom and plenty of parking. Customers can choose from a variety of items, including original cheese sliders and onion chips. The kid-friendly menu includes options like chicken rings, mozzarella sticks, and fries. The Eastgate location provides good service overall, though some reviews mention that the coffee may lack flavor and that staff can sometimes be unwelcoming. Several customers have expressed disappointment with food quality, noting that cheese sliders sometimes have little cheese and more onions than expected, and that service can be standoffish, especially when dealing with drive-thru only hours. Despite these issues, White Castle remains a popular spot for flavorful burgers and a welcoming atmosphere for many.
