My wife and I had about an hour before our AT&T phone was done transferring data. We saw the BW3 at Ft Wright and decided to have an early dinner. The mood was light and the crowd was excited to watch the Bengals win their 1st game of the season. Our waiter, Ben, was very professional, informative and patient with our meal questions. BW-3's is still doing it right! A fantastic sports bar with allll the sports on, all the time. Great wings, sauces, rings, sammies, wraps, etc. Variety is not an issue here. The service was fast and friendly. The food was very tasty. Loved the vibe there too. Kid friendly and good for large groups as well. A great place to bring your friends & family to chow down and cheer on your favorite teams. Always a winner there. Yummo 😋!

Based on the reviews, Buffalo Wild Wings has good food that is often served hot and freshly deep fried, with the unlimited apps being well worth it. The staff can be very friendly and helpful, and the food comes quickly at times. However, the restaurant has serious problems. The service is often slow and bad, with servers running crazy and not keeping up while other staff stand around talking instead of helping customers. Many customers could not find their server, had to get their own to-go boxes, and experienced poor service. The place can be dirty, smelling like eggs when you walk in, with sub par bathrooms and tables not being cleaned well. Some customers reported a waitress asking an unprofessional question about sweating and another server being horrible. While the food is amazing most of the time, the service is often bad enough that customers would not send food back to get fixed. The restaurant has such potential but is mismanaged, with a general manager or owner being blamed for the lack of cleaning and poor direction.
